ACPP is the professional association of psychotherapists trained at theĀ Karuna InstituteĀ in Core Process Psychotherapy and also Mindfulness-based psychotherapists.
Core Process Psychotherapy
Core Process Psychotherapy is one of the original mindfulness-based psychotherapies. Teachings are drawn from different Buddhist sources and lineages to create a broad vehicle for the training of psychotherapists, which is integrated with western personality theory, psychodynamics and psychotherapy skills.

About ACPP
The ACPP was founded in 2001, primarily to support the re-accreditation of Core Process Psychotherapists for them to maintain their status on the UKCP national register. Today the ACPP has over 300 members and is also able to re-accredit psychotherapists from other Mindfulness Based trainings. The ACPP is an Organisational Member of UKCP within the Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy College (HIPC).

Join ACPP
If you are engaged in Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy training with the Karuna Institute, are already a qualified CPP therapist, or have undertaken another UKCP accredited Mindfulness-based psychotherapy training, you may be eligible to join the ACPP as an accredited practitioner.
